Testing my replacement 7D at Candaba wetlands

Fatbirder's Top 1000 Birding Websites

My first Canon EOS 7D had a defective sensor (very noisy at mid-ISOs), and I had to return it to Canon Manila. They loaned me a service 7D to use while mine was being processed for replacement.
I got the replacement 7D (a new unit) last February 1st, and I immediately ran it through a battery of tests. Noise is normal now, at par with good copies of the 7D I've shot. Then I visited my
favorite wetlands yesterday to do the final test - AF at birds in flight. My new 7D's AF turned out very good, probably the best among the 5 copies of the 7D I've used so far. :)
