Sometimes when you feel really up against it, you have a eureka moment.

Jane is a eureka moment in my life today. She's a great member of our team and she recently became Mum to Annabel (also pictured). Jane has been kind enough to volunteer to work all night, every night for a week while her precious new charge is sleeping to analyse the results of my week's work.

I can't tell you how much I'm pleased to get her help. She's such a great example of a wonderful human heart that she will analyse the thoughts, fears and hopes of the people I've been talking to with a warmth and feeling that no-one will deny.

Jane is a special person, as no doubt Annabel will realise very soon.
