OK – this is an opportunistic shot and one which I almost feel mean to post. We were in Bude with my parents and we walked past this car. When I looked down and saw this I was completely shocked – even I know that Maseratis are unbelievably expensive. We debated whether the owner had: 1. Known what he’d done; 2. Abandoned it in either pique or shame.

While processing the shot and getting ready to post the pic, I looked up the cost of buying a new Maserati and now know that they cost anything from £50k to £120k new. At the top end, that’s the price of a small house in Liskeard. Still, I suppose if you can afford to buy one then you can also afford to get it fixed when you muck up the parking…
