Cecropia Moth Hodges #7767

The Cecropia moth (Hyalophora cecropia) is the largest native moth in North America
with a wingspan of 5-8 inches. It is short-lived and nocturnal.
As caterpillars, they grow up to 4.5 inches and spend ten months
in cocoons before living only two weeks as adults.
