The day we flew out we saw this longggg line of taxi's, all slowly inching forward in their taxi lane, waiting their turn to pick up passengers outside the baggage claim area. I estimated this line to be 4-5 MILES long! That is a whole LOT of time they wait (using gas) until it's their turn again to pick up a passenger!
