OMG! We arrived at the Dollar Car rental building and people were standing in line, starting from outside both entrances! I took this photo after using the restroom but asked one of the ticket agents how long she thought it might take us. She estimated a 45-minute wait; it took us only 40! Luckily they had 5 agents manning the desk but my goodness! There was seating for roughly 10 people and my husband suggested I take one when someone got up to leave so he stood in line until he was close to his turn and then I joined him for the paperwork.
