This overlook is what the most prestigious neighborhood in Portland overlooks. The architect is the same one that designed Central Park in NYC and is very well known (I failed to jot down his name.) These houses in this high-end neighborhood are the best-preserved houses in the US. Most are English-style homes with delivery alley ways running behind them.
