Some pictures showing the tight, windy/curvy roads not too far away on the county road heading East from Smuggler's Notch to the nearest city of Stowe. For a couple of miles, the road had very sharp curves around huge boulders, with no visibility and no shoulders. Driving 15 mph seemed too fast for me as a passenger.
