This yellow is "Scott's Broom", brought over by early settlers from Scotland, and used by them to make brooms out of. However, it is an aggressive weed that is overtaking everything. I still thought it very pretty and took at least 10 times the number of pictures that ended up making it to any of this vacation's sub-galleries.
