Dave, taking a break to handle a real estate phone call regarding one of his property escrows that ran into a snag. Cell phones are great! You almost have your "office" with you, plus I had my iPad with me that allowed him to check his e-mail while we were out hiking, now and then so he could see if there were any emails concerning his two escrows.
