Dave and I went on a two-week vacation in Montana and my sister, Cassie, joined us for our second week. During our first week (the last full week of April) we stayed in a Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) cabin located on the Shields River about 8 miles NE of Livingston. During our second week (first full week of May) my sister, Cassie joined us and we stayed at a cabin about an hour south of there, located in the famous Paradise Valley, on the Yellowstone River. The second cabin was located about 20-minutes from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Because I took so many pictures, I put them in sub-galleries. Cassie's humorous personality always popped out whenever I wanted to get pictures with her in them. Both cabins had a washer & dryer, and I brought 2 identical "Retired United States Navy" t-shirts, which is why you see so many pictures of me wearing one. As a whole, we found Montanan's to be very friendly, down-to-earth, people, making our visit to their neck of the woods even more enjoyable. I sure miss this vacation -- it's been one of my very favorite so far! Thanks, Dave, for being there with me and doing all the things I wanted to do, which equated to wanting to see LOTTTSSSS of nature and scenery, oh yeah, and wanting to stop it seemed like about every other mile to take pictures of it!! Dave's a very patient chauffeur. Love you SO much and already looking forward to wherever we head to next on vacation!
