This is the small fenced-in garden area to the right side of the main house portion. It leads into what we call the "breezeway". The portion of the house you see behind that large potted plant was originally built as a 1-car garage but was partially converted by a previous owner. Unlike the rest of the house, the breezeway/extra room/laundry rooms are NOT air conditioned/heated.
