April 2 2007

This shot is a good illustration of an advantage the D200 has over my old D70. Reds with my D70 were
always blown out, and required a lot of post-processing to get under control. The red flowers here
retained detail and have a nice, deep red hue. I shot a roll of Superia 100 with my Holga, and I'll
get that developed and posted soon.

The D50 is just as good with red, Bob. And you're right - my D70 couldn't capture red either. This is a beautiful shot!

The reds and whites from your D200 do look natural to me.
