Like many art nouveau buildings in Budapest, the building on the right is in great need of repair (although few are in as bad a condition as this one). If restored, the two (built together in 1896-97) would make a wonderful pair, perhaps the finest in the city. Extensive work and research would be needed as most of the decorative elements are gone.
