Red squirrel in the snow

Taken in my backyard. It snowed all night and it is still snowing (mid-afternoon). All the feeders are cleared off and filled and this little red is contemplating which one to visit, I think. It is -10celsius outside with a windchill of -17c, not as cold as yesterday's -21c.

Aww, how utterly charming! Love how the snow has built up on the curve of his tail. He may be contemplating feeders, but to me he looks downright cold. V.

Wonderful photo capturing the soft snowflakes on this alert little squirrel.

These guys really do pose though the face is enigmatic; perhaps indeed contemplative; another wonderful squirrel photo. It looks like it is using its tail as a mantle to help keep the snow off its body?
