Hover fly larva on Swamp milkweed

I noticed this tiny hover fly (Syrphid) larva sitting on the seeds of swamp milkweed in a half-opened seedpod. All around, on stems and pods, were thousands of Oleander aphids, on which hover fly larva will feed. If you look at the top of the larva, which is really the rear end (it is sitting head down), you can the breathing tubes, two little pink extensions.
