THese are two of about 6 Schizura caterpillars on a red osier dogwood at the Fletcher Wildlife Garden.

Caterpillars must have inspired some artists and designers. they are amazing in their color and patterns. It would be lovely to have some around to watch. David once raised silkworms. VVV
