Found on a stem of Queen Anne's lace. These tiny treehoppers are mostly associated with goldenrods, of which there was an abundance a few feet away. This is another in the family with the long thorn-like projection that is really an extension of the pro-thorax. The eyes are down near stem level on the left side under the "thorn"!
