Getting to the pretty valley of Terrace Falls and back is a one-hour scramble for an old man. It was meant to be a reconnoitre for a future bushwalk. This never happened, because going back as an even older man, with two of my daughters this time, there were locked gates on the fire trail to Terrace Falls. But we found a different waterfall, with an equivalent scramble. Note the exposures needed for the waterfall shots — and they were hand-held. Just a bit of camera shake.
