People-watching in the Prado

From late afternoon until it gets too dark, there are people walking, skating, dancing or just sitting about in the
long paved strip down the middle of The Prado. Best of all, there are lovely Cuban ladies teaching the tourists how
to dance. If the United States embargo on Cuba is intended to stop Cubans enjoying themselves, it's not working.
