Interesting scene laine, thanks for sharing it. Your photo is really good, light is great, the composition is good and your black and white really nice.

Weren't the kettles and pots huge in those days? But there again, they were probably cooking for 8 children!
Nice mono.

Beautiful and interesting images are all inside of that historical museum and you've captured the images with perfect lighting and composition. :) Vote.

Super work, Laine. :) I love the light shining through the kitchen window. Wonderful! :)

Lovely historical interior! The stove as the center point of the kitchen! Captured with perfect light!
Guest 14-Mar-2006 11:14
Very interesting interior. The is a sort of time clash between the fridge and the stove - my grand father's sister died in 2002 without having had a fridge. Superb pots. I guess you can cook for a large family in this!
Zak14-Mar-2006 11:01
you've been playing with your time machine again haven't you! ;-)

What a wonderful lovely kitchen you have (LOL). Interesting looking back in history. It looks as tiny as from the outside.
Carole Stevens14-Mar-2006 10:38
Love this image you've gone back in time!Wheres the microwave!
Eckhart Derschmidt14-Mar-2006 10:23
From the outside, I would have though that this is the toilet (ok there would not be a need for such a big window then), rather than a nich to put the stove in. Nice iron stove ans kettles.
