Albert, what an honour. I love it, pepeism, I was never treated with such a mixture of recognition and sarcasm. As a matter of fact I was going to make a comment and had a more or less sharp idea of what I wanted to say, but decided to first read other´s comments. When I started yours it felt like someone had robbed my mind, then it got much better with the another form of life concept, and then I saw your signature. I was shocked and proud, I showed my wife in the hope someday she will respect me. But man, step out of my territory, otherwise, where will I go? Just kidding, plenty of room in absurd land, the land of us. We could vote Warren for president and become a nation, we just need our own brand of beer (Frank Zappa dixit). Merry Christmas. Wish you lots of love, to all of you!!!

This sweet potato isn't dead at all, it's sprouting (it's a Norwegian blue). I don't know what you're on, Albert, but can I have some ;-) Effective though, Warren, it really does look like a little corpse...very clever.
Flick.

A sweet potato at the end of his life, gasping for air like a fish out of water... lying on his pre-cremation bed as the last lights of life leave him... enroute to an "ovenly" nourishmental preparation for another life form in the great food chain of life. Nice shot Warren! - "Pepeism" by Albert :)

Nah Kim
This is about regeneration and new life etc. etc. See the Sweet potato as the husk of the old. Something like that feeling you get at 6.00pm in the evening after a day with a nasty hangover - when it's time for that first bottle of wine. ;-)
Nice Shot however Warren - doesn't seem too colourful to me!

Hmmm...I think I get it...Your picking up on Albert's theme of "leftovers", and the general issue of brightness and contrast, and using a subject you had at hand (leftover from the Thanksgiving yam portraits, no doubt!) you have combined both to create this ghostly 'bonsai'! (Actually the yam is ghostly to me also, as it's practically invisible on my screen!) Hmmm...! --Kim
