Me

Got home tonight with my head swimming in network geek stuff: VPN, VoIP, NAT, DHCP, Stateful firewalls, etc etc. All I wanted was a hot bath with vanilla bubbles. Afterwards, came downstairs almost refreshed. Oh crud, I haven't got a PaD (no lunch, no break at work) Ah double crud, it's Friday. So here I am, in bathrobe, playing with layers, channel mixer, pin light, screened layers etc etc. Almost forgot, turkey neck gobbler filter. Think I'd almost rather listen to the network discussions. I need a vacation.

Vacations are not the real thing to come away from photography and PS. Studying computer technology is a borring game, especialy if you ar enot in it all time.

I thought you were going to say you just came back from Mars (Venus?) and found out who won the election. Glad to see networks excites you so much. :)

Nothing like a hot bubble bath to calm and relax one, and you sure look it here, looking at this pic of you is making me tired, LOL. You look exhausted, but heck, your creativity still shines through.

Poor Karen, your tiredness shows & your lovely smile is gone, but not your sense of humour !! Good job on this.

I like how everything is high key but your dark eyes are penetrating.. very nice..

Karen, you inspire me! I just returned from the grocery store. Guess what I bought? BRUSSEL SPROUTS! I figure, maybe I can like them! (Now I need to learn how to fix 'em!).

Anyway...your geekspeak is Greek to me. But it sounds like a headache full. This SP is pretty cool; I like what you did with it. Looks like you're learning a lot of PS and that's a good thing, right?

Hope you get some rest...

My god woman, your life is a vacation! You need a vacation from your vacations! I like this effect here. Can't quite make out what all the hubbub is under your hand there but it is just enough to keep me entertained without detracting from the beauteousness that is your vacation weary visage.

Great treatment! You speak wondeful geek :) Have a nice relaxing evening.

What a geek!
But I guess I'm a geek too, a photo geek. Nice work Karen, now have a good dinner, a good night sleep and go shooting tomarrow somewhere away from home. I know that's what you want to do. I find that random trips are the most memorable. That's what I like to do anyway. Cool image Cheers!

Would a hot chocolate help? You got me laughing, but this is great, Karen. Now nighty, night.
