Liberty Bank Building

Not the best picture, but one of the few I have of the Liberty Bank Building. Those tiny little things down on Main Street are PEOPLE! Imagine that.

In '69 I worked on the top floor of this building, caught mono from he secretary and decided to move to SF. I've been here ever since.

I always wondered what the big room at the very top of this building was like. I imagined that it was a giant ballroom with balconies overlooking the city!

I remember the neon sign would flash " A National Bank, Liberty National Bank". It used the second A in National, then flash National Bank, then flash Liberty National Bank.
