The full name of this building is Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong Bridges Street Centre. The opening ceremony of this building was hosted by Sir Claud Severn, Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong (1911–1925) in 1918. This building was declared as Grade I historic buildings in Hong Kong in 2009.
