Click the name -> Danjugan Island lies in the Sulu Sea and 3km west of Negros Occidental mainland. It is a small island which is about a mile long x one-third mile at its widest point and rises steeply to 80m. It is surrounded by coral reef and covered in rainforest. It is home to white-breasted sea eagles, herons, sunbirds, several varieties of bats, turtles, and many other species. There are five lagoons: three landlocked and two flooded at high tide and colonised by coral and reef fish species.
