I've made some astronomical calculations, combined woth 90 degrees anti clock rotation.
While the two pics were taken practically at the same (universal) time conclusions can be made about the whereabouts of the right (unaltered) pic. Ca 5 degrees results in an eastern lattitude of about 90 -5 (rd) - 5 (difference) = ca 80 degrees West. Richmond has a lattitude of about 77.5 degrees. Little differnce can be due to incorrectnes of my standpoint while taking the pic (leaning out of my balcony !!) There's also a minut time difference of the two photos.
