This is an Indian classic recipe for thea with milk, which gives a great taste and aroma. It's popular by the name "chai" in India.
Chai has to be boiled in a metal pan with fresh crushed ginger, cardamom seeds and sugar, then added milk.
I had a chance to taste it for the first time and must admit it is something special :)
