This is an image of a 11th century Georgian church in Mtskheta, an ancient capital of Georgia - made by hand in metal. My souvenir from this beautiful country which I visited many years ago.
This technique is called "tchekhanka" and means obtaining relief images on thin metal sheets (mainly brass sheets), by way of handmade embossing (engraving) with a special little hammer.
