de 12 ans, prenait un énorme plaisir à déployer son anglais, qu'il parlait fort bien, d'ailleurs. Dans
la nuit noire et sous la pluie, il était bien difficile de quitter cet oasis.

Run by a local family who refused all payment, this stand in the middle of the countryside warmed us
up with tea, cake, and the warmth of the welcome. Thomas, 12-year-old son of the family, took obvious
pleasure in greeting us in impeccable English. In the filthy wet black night it was very difficult to
leave.
