On the plate / Dans l'assiette

Brushed with melted Roquefort butter. The mushroom chutney on the left was a lot more work than the
steak and, in the end, didn't go. Although the recipe for the meal included it, it's far too vinegary
and kills the taste of the meat. /

Brossé avec du beurre fondu avec un peu - très peu - de Roquefort dissout dedans. La recette avait
demandé ce chutney aux champignons, mais enfin il y avait trop de vinaigre - il ne laissait pas
sortir le goût de la viande. A laisser de coté.

Yeah, why kill the taste of the steak when you did so much to make it!
