We are preparing for our Easter feast. Actually, Ginny is the one preparing for our Easter feast. She has been very busy in the kitchen making stuff. Today it was her famous potato salad and a new one, a Basque cheesecake. It was something our son Robert and family enjoyed on their recent trip to Portugal. Ginny found a recipe and started to work. When it came out of the oven it looked very tasty and I can't wait for tomorrow to enjoy it.
