Easter Sunday. We went to the 6:30 mass as did our cry room friends. Then it was back to the house. First item on the agenda was our usual Easter portrait. The basket of eggs is a prop. We didn't hide any. The only things to prepare today was a boiled ham and roasted sweet potatoes. The potato salad and Basque cheesecake were already prepared. We munched on some crackers and blueberry goat cheese as appetizers and a bottle of wine (Cabernet Sauvignon). Finally, everything was ready and we settled in for a great Easter feast. BTW - the Basque cheese cake was very good. It was lighter than the usual cheesecake and very flavorful.
