So I went out to the airport this morning as usual. I did have one more panorama experiment I wanted to do. It turned out to be a disaster. I learned two more ways not to take panoramas. I also tried to photograph airplanes with the Powershot SX70 and had bad luck. Still shots of stationary airplanes workd well. In-motion shots don't. That is going to be the end of airplane photography with that camera.

As I was walking about I remembered a photo I took on a foggy morning in January. I decided to follow up with a photo I took with my trusty iPhone this morning about the same time and place with a nice sun rising. The weather in January is much more pleasant because it it a lot cooler.
