My headset leads had become brittle and were falling apart. So I figured a smart guy like me could order replacement leads and just do the job myself. So I did. It is a simple job, disconnect six soldered joints and replace with new wires. When I opened the ear cup I found a rats nest of wiring. Being at the point of no return, I soldiered on. Sometimes taking something apart is difficult. In so doing I had to learn how to put it back together again. In the end, I got it. It took me two hours. It worked and I am happy. Now I have to do the other one.
