February 24, 2019

It is Sunday. I like to spend the day just hanging out with Ginny. As far as I am concerned there is nothing better than that. Anyway, we like to make a nice meal on Sundays. Today a chicken curry was on the menu. It is easy to make. First step is to slice up some chicken breasts and cook them in the frying pan. Set them aside then use curry paste, a can of coconut milk, oriental pepper paste and dried basil to get the sauce going. After that simmers for a while, I add back the chicken and some thawed out frozen oriental vegetables and let that mixture simmer for a while. We like to have some rice with it and some green onion for garnish. I must admit the chop sticks are only there for the photo. We use forks, much more efficient.

Looks tasty. And yes, I’ve used chopsticks as a prop in food photography, and then eaten the subject with knife and fork! As you say, much more efficient for these occidental hands!
