We spent the entire day underway and had a great time. Because most of the route is in the inland waterway, land was always close by. Then entire day was sunny and cloudless. I enjoyed sitting in the forward lounge with my iPad and GPS and binoculars looking at stuff. There were very few vessels that we came within sight of. I really enjoy this type of thing because watching stuff go by is a lot of fun for me. As you can see from the photo for today, the water was glass smooth on some occasions. Our vessel plodded along at a steady 16 knots. That is not very fast, but heck, I am not in a hurry. It was a very enjoyable day. Dinner in the cafeteria was very nice. It is fun to watch the shoreline slip by as you munch out on rock fish.
