I grilled hamburgers today. Yeah, I know, pretty mundane stuff. But Ginny really likes them. She calles them "super goo burgers." The idea is that you start with a great (in this case 9 ounce) hamburger patty cooked medium rare. Put it on a Kaiser roll and top with onions, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup and whatever else tickles your fancy (jalapenos for example). If done properly, you will have a burger that is so juicy that it drips douwn your forearms and off your elbows. We achieved nirvana today in that regard.
