Something a little different this time.
A French tissue stereoview of Paris circa 1865, photographer unknown.
The image is made up of three layers of tissue paper, the top layer is a regular photograph, the second layer is hand tinted with pinholes for lights and cutouts for windows and the third a protective layer.
The view on the left is the normal view, on the right the back lit view.
