Gary, I have always enjoyed vehicle wiring. I rewired my first motorcycle when I was 16, and have done quite a few bikes and cars over the years.

Fantastic, Bob. I could not have done that. When I had my first car, at 16 and no money, I would try things out of necessity. Now, I pay a shop. No personal pride for DIY but I know it's been done correctly.

Gary, this was a 1959 willys jeep, but one made in India under license by Mahindra.
My crazy German neighbour shipped it here from India.
I rewired the entire vehicle for him with a new fuse board at the heart.
Every single wire joint was a twist and tape. never seen anything like it.
The horn wire from the centre of the steering column to just inside the firewall was 3 feet long, and made from 4 separate wires twisted and taped.
But I enjoyed having to research the wiring and build the harnesses.

Hi Bob,
You're the car guy. Was this one you bought or was asked to repair? Scary in any case.
