Hi Joan- Our daughter Genevieve and I drove cross country to Montana in 2010. Our favorite stop was the Badlands of South Dakota. We saw rattlesnakes climbing straight up cliff faces and a mountain lion and cub crossing right in front of the lodge at breakfast time. We were glad we didn't camp out there. The scenery was magnificent. -Debbie
