Fanno K24 Saw

Here is another pruning pull type saw. Someone gave me a couple Fanno K24 saws to sharpen. One was not too bad but the other really showed signs of abuse from past filers. The set varied from none to over 0.30" and the teeth length were all over the place. I added a couple wood wedges to a standard Morin gauge to flex the file and joint the concave surface. I sharpened with a smaller three corner file and on the one bad saw cut the gullets between the cutters deeper with my metal cutoff saw before filing. It worked fine and the saw cuts about twice as fast and runs a lot smother then before.
