180 gallon reef tank, 1 year old. First tasted water 1/1/2004, although some sand, rocks, corals and fish came from my smaller tank and friends in the local reefer community.
Lighting: Two 250-watt double ended metal halide Ushio bulbs, 10,000 Kelvin. Two 80-watt T-5 flourescent bulbs, one a blue-03 and the other an actinic plus.
Sump: 55 gallon capacity, with a separate 18 gallon refugium.
Filtration: EuroReef ES8-2 protein skimmer.
Calcium Reactor: Barr Aquatic Systems CR2200.
Auto top-off: Tunze Osmolator
