Chancel II

Boston, Lincolnshire

According to the guidebook, the choir stalls were carved in about 1390 when the chancel was extended. The canopies, resembling those at Lincoln, were added by Pace after the 1853 restoration.

The D600 seems to resolve a great amount of detail very well indeed. No dust problems?

I quite like the centered POV with the focus on the wood, which looks beautiful in this image. Excellent work, John. V.
