Hummm....Peking Duck Pizza. I suppose Marco Polo could have been responsible for this one after his journey to the Far East. Then again, I don't believe that Marco Polo ever worked for the California Pizza Kitchen.
This one-serving pizza seems a bit large. But, in reality, it is just that Cheryl is very petite. Even if she ate the whole thing, I wouldn't criticize her. You see, Cheryl is one of the many "do-gooders" who volunteered their time to teach rock climbing to children with disabilities on a Saturday morning. That takes energy and so this pizza would only be a post-climbing session refueling. So Cheryl...I thank you...the kids thank you...the California Pizza Kitchen thanks you. But, I take it that the duck does not thank you.
