Ruckus Variator Speed vs RPM - Accelerating with Different Throttle Positions

LOW POWER/LOW THROTTLE RUNS SHIFT EARLIER THE HIGH POWER/THROTTLE RUNS
The Previous Test Results show that the Centrifugal clutch is already locked at 3500-4500rpm, and the graph above shows the VARIATOR will BEGIN to shift the belt drive ratio anywhere between 4700-6500rpm depending on power/torque applied by the motor. These are ALL with standard 7gm rollers and standard variator.
After locking the clutch, the Variator pulley system allows higher rpms, before beginning to shift upwards, when more heavily loaded with more throttle applied.
The slope of the bottom set of lines is your lowest gear (think of it as 1st gear), and the slope at the top right is the highest gear (like 5th or 6th gear). A high performance aftermarket variator should give a lower 1st gear (flatter slope on the lower left), and a higher 6th gear (steeper and higher speeds at the top right. Secondly, it should keep the rpms close to the motor's max HP RPM range while shifting (using weights chosen thru testing), over most of the speed range (with a steep line). In the case of this stock Ruckus (7gram rollers and stock contra/torque spring), the variator is shifting the drive belt anywhere from ~4800-7500rpm. A modified motor making more power should be closer to 8000rpm or higher to maximize acceleration.
