Presented within this gallery (and its sub-galleries) is my artistic effort at capturing the beauty of all the various flowers found around us.

You may notice that many of these photos were taken with larger apertures in order to pleasingly blur the background to draw emphasis to my primary subject.

I paid great attention to positioning myself and my camera in order to find the most complimentary background for all of these images. This sometimes means composing the photo to include similar flowers to the subject, but fading off into the background - I find doing so often adds more interest to the overall photo.
