Central California, January 2019

This trip was planned for last year, but Janet & I got the flu shortly before our planned trip, so had to cancel (though our friends went anyway). The intent was to go to Muir Woods National Monument, near San Francisco, and Aņo Nuevo State Park to see the Elephant Seals there. However, since Muir Woods was a bit iffy due to the government shutdown, we had some alternative Redwood parks in mind, and even added a day at the end of the trip to see a state park with Giant Sequoias.
