"Spanish Mission" style church

Omi-Imazu, Shiga-ken, Japan view map

This church looks very "Spanish Mission" style, but it is in fact a protestant church in Omi-Imazu town. This church was designed by the famous (especially in Shiga Prefecture) missionary/architect William Merrell Vories. There is also a Post Office (which is now a warehouse) and Bank (which is now on museum devoted to Vories) that he also designed, along this street which is called Vories-dori.
