This shot along Azalea-dori (Azalea Street) is showing the older part of town where the roads are narrow, the wires are everywhere, and there's a lot of traditional restaurants. This seems to be where things are happening at night in Nagaokakyo which is near the Hankyu Nagaoka-Tenjin station. Around the JR station things are different, the cables are all underground, the roads are wide, and there's a big modern shopping centre.
